1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," or "your") and ph749 ("ph749," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ph749 online casino platform available at ph749.net, including all games, services, features, promotions, and content offered therein ("Platform").

3 Account Registration & KYC

One Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) ph749 account. Opening duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ph749 reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and to void any bonuses or winnings associated with such accounts.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

Currency. All transactions on the ph749 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ph749 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.

Accepted Payment Methods. ph749 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers. ph749 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Deposits. Deposits are generally credited to your ph749 account balance immediately upon confirmation by the relevant payment provider. ph749 does not accept deposits from third-party sources — the payment method used for deposit must be registered in your own name and must match your ph749 account details.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your KYC verification must be fully completed and approved;
• You must have no outstanding bonus wagering requirements on the balance being withdrawn;
• The withdrawal must be directed to a payment method registered in your own name;
• ph749 reserves the right to apply a processing period of up to five (5) business days for withdrawal requests, although most GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed significantly faster;

5 Bonuses & Promotions

ph749 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time ("Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the relevant Promotion:

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the ph749 Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, game graphics, game audio, text, logos, trademarks, service marks, and the overall look and feel of the Platform ("Content"), is the exclusive intellectual property of ph749 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Content;

9 Limitation of Liability

ph749's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your ph749 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
